What should I do if videos won't play?

Please check whether your subscription is still active and that you are connected to the internet. Make sure you are entering the correct login credentials. If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions. If you're still unable to log in, please contact our technical support at support@plby-premium.net.

How can I delete my PLBY-Premium account?

How much data does PLBY-Premium Mobile use?
The amount of data used depends on the bandwidth available at your current location. Due to automatic bandwidth adjustment, data usage is not constant in mobile networks. This adjustment ensures you always get the best possible quality, e.g., for streaming videos. Alternatively, you can disable mobile data to be safe and use PLBY-Premium over a Wi-Fi connection.

What can I do if the image quality worsens?
Please check your network connection (UMTS, LTE, or Wi-Fi). Reduced image quality may be due to insufficient mobile network bandwidth at your current location.
